Get your API key

One key works for the CAPTCHA Solver, Remote Selfie and the CAPTCHA API. Keep it secret, like a password.

  1. Create your account, or log in if you already have one.
  2. If your dashboard asks, press “Confirm your email” or “Link Telegram” first (see Link Telegram below).
  3. On Overview, under “Get your API key”, press “Generate key”.
  4. Press “Copy” and keep your key somewhere safe: it is shown only once.
  5. Tick “I have saved my API key” and press “Done”.

To see your key again, press “Show”. If you lost it, press “Rotate” to get a new one (you confirm it first).

Get API Key Login

Link Telegram

Your dashboard may ask for Telegram before your first key: we send security alerts about your key there, never the key itself.

  1. Press “Link Telegram” (on Overview, or in Settings under “Connected accounts”).
  2. In Telegram, search for our bot by the name shown in the dialog.
  3. Press “Start” in the bot’s chat.
  4. Press “Copy” in the dialog, send the text to the bot, then press “Confirm” in Telegram.
  5. When you see “Telegram is linked.”, go back to Overview and generate your key.

The text is valid for 10 minutes. Send it only to our bot and never share it with anyone.

Install the CAPTCHA Solver

It solves the BLS number-grid CAPTCHA in Chrome on your computer. In your dashboard it is called “Captcha Extension”.

You need: Chrome on a computer and your API key.

  1. Open the CAPTCHA Solver in the Chrome Web Store (the button below, or Downloads in your dashboard).
  2. Press “Add to Chrome”, then “Add extension”.
  3. Pin it: open the Extensions menu (the puzzle icon) and press the pin next to “Appservices Captcha”.
  4. Open its popup, paste your API key and press “Sign in”.
  5. Open your BLS appointment page: it starts on its own when the CAPTCHA appears.

Install Appservices Liveness - Remote Selfie

Two parts: a Chrome extension for you and an Android app for your client. In your dashboard the extension is called “Selfie Admin Extension”.

In Chrome, for you

  1. Open Remote Selfie in the Chrome Web Store (the button below, or Downloads in your dashboard).
  2. Press “Add to Chrome”, then pin it from the Extensions menu.
  3. Open its popup, paste your API key and press “Sign in”.
  4. On the appointment’s liveness step, press “Copy link” and send the link to your client.

On Android, for your client

  1. On the phone, download the Android app (the button below).
  2. Open the file. If Android asks, allow installs from your browser, then press “Install”.
  3. Copy the link from your agent, open the app and paste it.
  4. Follow the camera guide: the result goes back to your agent’s browser.

On the liveness step, the extension gives you a link to copy (left); your client pastes it in the Android app, takes the selfie and sees “Verified” (right).

Install the BLS Script

A Chrome extension that runs the booking steps for you. It comes with the plans that include BLS Script requests, from your dashboard only.

You need: Chrome on a computer and a plan that includes the BLS Script.

  1. In your dashboard, open Downloads and press “Download the latest” under BLS Script (or use the file our bot sent you on Telegram).
  2. Unzip it into a folder you keep, for example “BLS-Script” in Documents.
  3. In Chrome, open a new tab and go to chrome://extensions
  4. Turn on “Developer mode” at the top of the page.
  5. Press “Load unpacked” and choose the unzipped folder.
  6. Pin it: open the Extensions menu (the puzzle icon) and press the pin next to it.

Don’t move or delete the folder: Chrome loads the extension from it. To update, replace its files and press “Reload” on the extension.

The CAPTCHA API solves the same BLS grids from your own code, with the same API key.

Send only the 9 visible tiles, in page order. Each solved request counts as one CAPTCHA of your daily quota, which resets at 00:00 UTC.
