Terms of Service

Effective: 7 October 2026  ·  Version: 2026-10-07

These terms are an agreement between you and Appservices ("we", "us") for the use of our website, accounts, APIs, Telegram bot, browser extensions and desktop products (the "service"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the service you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1.The service

Appservices provides automation tools for booking platforms: the Appservices Liveness - Remote Selfie service (the Appservices Admin extension and the Android client), CAPTCHA solving (the Captcha extension and the CAPTCHA API) and desktop products. Appservices is an independent service and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, BLS International, any embassy or any government authority; third-party names are used only to describe compatibility.

2.Accounts and API keys

3.Acceptable use

You may not use the service:

4.Payments in USDT

5.Refunds

Once a plan is activated, it is not refunded. If we cannot activate a plan you paid for, we refund the payment in full to a wallet address you give us.

6.Length and expiry of a plan

A plan runs for the number of days shown with it, from its activation. It does not renew by itself: when it expires, the features it gave stop until you buy a plan again. Unused links or solves do not carry over.

7.Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee any level of availability (there is no service level agreement). The service depends on third-party websites and providers that may change or block it at any time; we may change, limit or stop features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance.

8.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, or revoke keys, that break these terms, that put the service or others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you why. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to erase your account, as the Privacy Policy describes.

9.Your customers

When you use the remote-selfie service for your customers, you act for them: you must inform them of how their data is processed (see the Privacy Policy), have a lawful reason to process it, and use their results only for the purpose they agreed to.

10.Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost bookings, or for the acts of third-party websites and providers; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11.Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint or a dispute with us, write to us first at appservices@appservices.dev: we will try to settle it with you before either of us takes any other step.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Appservices is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that country decide any dispute that we could not settle together, unless the law where you live gives you another right.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version carries a new date and version above; for a material change we show a notice on the website or in your account first, and we may ask you to accept the new version before your next purchase. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Translations of these terms may be offered for convenience; the English text governs.
